Abstract:
The article describes the study of the legal mechanism of property protection in terms of its conformity to the requirements of the market relations and the justice principle. According to the author, the study shows that the mentioned above mechanism is aimed at rather aggravating than eliminating the property gap between different layers of the modern society.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problems of creation and functioning of the mechanism of delineation of authorities between the Russian Federation and its constituents. Taking into account that delimitation of competence and authorities between a federation and its constituents is a dynamic process practically everywhere, their powers do not stay unchanged, either. The problem of delineation of authorities and responsibilities between the federal center and constituents is one of the main problems of a federation as a form of government.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to formation and development of the institution of reconciliation in law at early stages of the social development. The author discusses the point of view that reconciliation procedures and agreements in regulation of debates prevailed over accusing and punishing procedures. Punishment was only one of various forms of regulating a conflict and very often was perceived as a failure. Regulation of conflicts by the means of negotiation and compensation constituted the so called ‘social’ model of early justice which is a more preferred alternative compared to the punishment one.

The author defined the two scenarios of changing the power: ‘coup d’Etat’ and ‘succession’. The author analyzed conditions, factors and consequences of corresponding political processes and concluded that the election institution has never played a significant role in the process of transmission of authorities within the post-soviet territory

Abstract:
The article studies the peculiarities of development of integration processes in post-Soviet countries, in particular, the problem of integration co-operation within EurAsEC. The author also described formation of trade and economic relations between Russia and EurAsEC members, the basic trends of Russia’s investment policy in EurAsEC, some issues of foreign political relations between Russia and Central Asian countries (particularly, energy cooperation and cooperation between EurAsEC state members in the sphere of regional security and stability and resistance to new challenges and threats. The article also considers some approaches to evaluating the role of Russia in CIS activity and Russia’s participation in regional integration projects in the Central Asia.
