Abstract:
The object of this research is determination of the status of social partnership in the social state. The author explores this topic from the perspective of the key theoretical concepts, as well as defines the potential of social partnerships for the achievement of certain goals of welfare state (social state) and solution of the issues emerging within it. The author pursues correlation between the social partnership and regulation of market relations, collaboration between state, private business sector and labor sphere for solution of the urgent economic and social problems. Methodology used in this scientific work contains methods of analysis, synthesis, and forecast, as well as comparative and historical research. The main conclusion of the conducted research consists in ability of the model of social partnership to increase the likelihood of success and failure for absolutely all of the participants, including government, because each of them plays an important role in achieving the set goals along with the goals of social state (welfare state).

Abstract:
The author of the article draws our attention as the social partnership as a signifi cant factor of modernization
in modern Russia. Based on the author, from the point of view of social partnership and modernization, the compensation
for labor directly relates and infl uences social and partnership relations between labor and capital and modernization
processes undertaken by the government. The author reveals why formation of social partnership and modernization
is being restrained now. According to the author, it is due to the fact that it is benefi cial for the Russian capital.

Abstract:
Review: the author of the article analyzed the provisions of the Russian law on granting properties for allocation of industrial facilities. The author evidently proved how the principle of priority in using property as an industrial facility influences the general rules of granting properties for allocation of industrial enterprises. The author also studied how the special features of industrial facilities influenced the rules of granting properties for their allocation.

Abstract:
In 2005 there were threats, assaults, beatings, burnings and other acts of vandalism aimed at the religious sites and homes of believers of various confessions. S.A. Buryanov’s article contains detailed analysis of the situation in the sphere of ensuring and protecting the freedom of conscience in Russia. Author studies a number of conceptual aspects of a problem, including current legislation on the freedom of conscience, noting ambiguity of a number of formulations and illegal principles in the the Federal Law “On the freedom of conscience and religious associations” and regional laws in this sphere. The author also studies the practice of “anti-sectarian” measures, taken by the law-enforcement bodies, evaluates specific situations, which took place in Russia in 2005.
