Abstract:
The object of this research is the professional training of Russian mediators within the framework of Master's Degree and vocational education. The subject of this research is the organizational and methodological problems of training and professional becoming of mediators, substantiated by the specificity of current legislation in this field, as well as the established practice of professional training. Application of general scientific methods allows examining the requirements of current Russian legislation in the sphere of professional training of mediators, comparing with the fundamental changes proposed in the draft law of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, and relevant practice. The author outlines the key vectors of professional training of future mediators offered by the Russian universities in the Master's Degree program. Based on the critical analysis of research and empirical methods (expert evaluation, survey), the authors determine the key personal and professional characteristics of the mediator, essential for successful their successful activity. The novelty of this work lies in drawing parallels between the requirements to professional training of mediators in the current legislation and according to the new draft law; as well as in the analysis of peculiarities and difficulties of professional training of mediators within the framework of the Master's Degree program “Mediation in Social Sphere” and competences that are considered of prime importance. The authors underline the need for raising requirements to the process of professional training of mediators, and their legislative consolidation. The top results can be achieved by acquiring basic legal or psychological education, as well as completion of the basic course of mediation prior to the advanced training.

Abstract:
This article describes the model of metadisciplinary methodical system on the problems of maintenance of language culture, include speech culture, reading culture, and culture of communication on the Russian language. Such model serves as the foundation for reorganization of education for the purpose of increasing language culture of the students based in the use of metadisciplinary methodical system that allows translating the necessary content not as a set of information for memorization, but as a set of knowledge for sensible usage. The author underlines the need for creating a model based on the principle that reflect the mechanisms of maintenance of language culture of students at the stage of public education, as well as describes the technology and conditions for implementation of the model. This model is development in terms of the project Joint Venture "Concord" LLC supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty consists in structural-algorithmic representation of the sequence, nature, and specificity of the model of metadisciplinary methodical system on the problems of maintenance of language culture of the students. The main conclusion consists in the observation that the creation of such model would improve the quality of public education overall, and with regards to formation of language culture of the students in particular.

Abstract:
The subject of this article is the peculiarities of process of cadets training in the Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR during the period of 1973–1976. The research covers the instructional-pedagogical transformation of cadets since their enrollment until graduation. The author indicates the organizational-methodological characteristics of the stage of enrollment into Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. The article reviews the subjects taught in each course of study, as well as determines the best training groups in the school. Analysis is conducted on quantitative changes in the composition of cadets by training courses. The article examines the question of professional peculiarities of training, line, service and fighting activities of alternating staff of the school. The scientific novelty consists in analysis of the factors that impacted the transformation of quantitative and qualitative composition of training course under review (1973–197). The article is first to examine archival data of the activity the specific historical-pedagogical object of research, such as the cadets training course of 1973–1976. The specificities of carrying out pedagogical activity as a crucial factor in training of firefighters are analyzed. The research is interesting to a broad audience due to the fact that examination of instructional and training activity of Irkutsk Fire Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR is an important element in studying the establishment and development of departmental system of education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in the territory of Baikal Region in the XX century.

Training of math teachers on development of test materials for assessment of students’ academic performance

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the question of advanced training of math teachers on organization of tests for assessment of students’ academic performance. The author determines the problems associated with ineptitude of the teachers to develop materials for testing academic achievements, insufficiency of advanced training courses dedicated to diagnostic and assessment of academic performance of students, lack of theoretical knowledge for conducting diagnostic procedures. Special attention is given to the requirements to professional competences of teachers in the area of assessment of students’ academic performance, formulated in the occupational standards of pedagogues, Federal State Educational Standard of public education, and Concept of Mathematical Education of the Russian Federation. The definitions of pedagogical diagnostic testing formulated by K. Ingenkamp, I. P. Podlasy, V. M. Polonsky, A. B. Vorontsov are presented; the stages of diagnostic testing activity are outlined. As one of the solutions, the author describes the training experience of math teachers of Novosibirsk in the classes of consulting center and creative team, arranged by the Municipal Center of Education Development on the premises of Gymnasium No.10. The scientific novelty consists in elaboration of training course for the teachers (thematic content is presented in the article) and its implementation by the author. Activity of the center and creative team received the awards of city and regional contests “Secret of Success”, “Innovations in Education”, and “Educational Siberia”. In the beginning of training, the teacher were offered to fill in the questionnaire for defining their goals from taking these classes. Some of the survey results are provided in the article. Although the training of teachers is still in progress, their feedback and awards of pedagogical contests hold out a hope that its is the right path.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the analysis of the forms of implementation of interactive teaching techniques in form of game technologies on the example of a specific discipline within the framework of the Master's Degree program “Law in the Field of Regional International Relations”. The object of this article is the “business game” and “group research” as form of giving a lesson. Special attention is turned to the analysis of characteristics of interactive technologies, developed by the author from the basic definition, as well as to the characteristics of the methodology of implementation of game technologies in the context of the academic discipline “The Peculiarities of Organizational and Legal Cooperation of States in the field of Protection from Disasters within the framework of Regional mechanisms”. The main conclusions are as follows: game technologies is an essential element of teaching and should actively implemented; it is important to think through the goal and tasks of a specific game technology in order to achieve the desired result; a particular type of the implemented game technology depends on different aspects, including the level of training, discipline and topic; the use of game technologies in education allows the students to reinforce the studied material, identify and fill the gaps in knowledge, and learn how to apply the acquired knowledge. A special contribution of the author to the study of the topic is the presented methodological characteristics of the application of specific game technologies in the framework of the considered academic discipline. The novelty of this research consists in refraction of the general theoretical characteristics of interactive methods and their forms in teaching legal disciplines within the framework of Master's Degree Program.

Abstract:
The goal of this article consists in assessment of possibilities of using board games in the process of learning foreign languages. The object of this research is gamification in learning foreign languages, the subject is the educational potential of board games in teaching foreign languages to adolescents and adults. The relevance of this work lies in finding the new forms of integration of educational process and practical activity. The author notes an important advantage of communication in foreign language during the game over other forms of educational communication in shifting the focus of students’ attention and perception of foreign language as an instrument for achieving the goals of the game, rather than an end in itself. Special attention is given to variability of implementation of each game and ways of adapting to the educational goals, level of attainment, and allocated time. Based on the general scientific methods, such as literature searches, analysis and synthesis, classification, as well as empirical methods, such as experiment, observation and comparison, the author provides methodological substantiation and review of the eight board games; seven of them are intended for learning any foreign language, not Spanish alone, which is taken as an example in this research. The article carries out classification of board games and gives comparative characteristic of the two types of games used in the educational process. The acquired results are of a practical nature and can be applied in teaching foreign languages on any level or stage of education. All methodologies were tested in learning Spanish language at the university in non-linguistic specialties, and demonstrated high effectiveness.
