Abstract:

Abstract:
In part 1 of this article the author establishes the need for the complex program, evaluates the goals and directions of fighting illegal firearms and drugs turnover, makes a prediction
for the criminal situation in the Chechen Republic, RI, Dagestan. The author considers that the very personality of terrorist and mechanism of his criminal behavior shall change, which shall be reflected in terrorists becoming professionals, viewing terrorism as trade and source of income, further growth and support of well-organized, sealed-off and many-tentacled organized terrorism groups, which shall bring their activities into the other constituent subjects of the Russian Federation.

Abstract:
The year 2008 was key for the active fight of the armed forces of many states with the Somali pirates. Groups of combat ships were sent to the region by the EU and NATO, ships of Russia, China, India, Japan keep their presence in the region. At least one of the pirate ships got sank, and dozens of pirates were captured. The article includes analysis of tactics of the anti-pirate coalition, which ensures the security of ships in the Aden Gulf.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of separatism in the Southern Europe, and in Italy and France in particular. The key method, which is used by separatists, for example in ETA, is terrorism, and it ‘ s a profitable business for the mercenaries, and an issue of interest to many government officials. In order to achieve their goals the separatists cooperate with criminal structures and mafia, which in turn facilitates the flourishing of terrorism and criminal business alike.

Abstract:
uarantees of property security. The author comes to a conclusion that it’s necessary to establish legal regulation
of state protection of property in the parallel with the administrative and civil law. At the same time, it’s noted that the relations, which form in the sphere of protection of objects, subject to obligatory protection by MIA, should be regulated by norms of administrative law, and the rest of cases with the norms of civil law. The author also provides his authorial concept of development of the system of state property protection of the requisite objects.
