Abstract:
An Innovation Center is a multifunctional facility that concentrates a wide range of functions such as business, research, production, education and culture. The issues of innovation centers architectural design are based on the creation of favorable conditions for scientific activity, communication and cooperation. Public space is a component of the multifunctional structure of the innovation center. It contributes to the emergence of interdisciplinary communities, increasing productivity in the creation and production of science-intensive products. The article considers the public space of the innovation center as a set of connected elements. The dependencies between the elements make it possible to create an environment that satisfies the various needs of users, taking into account the accessibility of the innovation centers functional areas. Based on the study of project documentation and field surveys, spatial schemes of 70 objects were made. The schemes indicate the elements of public space, the main ways of moving users, multi-light spaces and functional areas. Through a comprehensive analysis, horizontal and vertical connections of elements were identified. These include integration, blocking and dispersal. Then the methods of planar and multi-level architectural formation of public space were established. As a result, public space modules were obtained that provide variability and flexibility of the structure of the innovation center with the rational use of resources.

Abstract:
This work is devoted to the illustration and design of the book by Gabriel Garcia Marquez "Love in the Time of Cholera". A completely new original design of the book with picturesque emotional illustrations has been developed, which distinguishes it from its predecessors. The topics covered in it have always been and will always be relevant. The surreal bias of the illustrations, the non–standard format of the book itself, the arrangement of the text block in two columns, the graphic element in the form of a "flying" parrot - all this improves the perception of the novel by the great Colombian writer. Within the framework of the project, symbolic, surreal illustrations, cover, design, layout of the book were created, the original layout was developed and a printed copy of the book was made. The object of the study is the design of the book, the subject of the study is the illustration and design of the book in the style of magical realism. This book will contribute to the creation of a "new look at familiar things" among readers through the graphic design of the book of the famous classic. Everything new attracts people, and design is interested in this, both from a commercial point of view and from a spiritual and cultural point of view. Classics are eternal, which means that the designer "product" produced will not have an expiration date, which increases the efficiency of its development, its expediency. Once sensational in literary society, Marquez's work "Love during the Plague" is no less valuable now. The topics covered in it have always been and will always be relevant.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is the approach to the preservation of the Yusupov Palace on the embankment of the Moika River, house 94, St. Petersburg. The object of the study is the repair and restoration measures in the private quarters of the princess: the princess's office, dressing room, bathroom, Persian. The purpose of the study is to "replenish the knowledge base" of specialists in the field of conservation, promotion and protection of cultural heritage sites. Along with the palace objects of the Northern capital, the ensemble of the Yusupov Palace is the embodiment of the culture of its time, expressed in the luxury of life. The monument has a rich historical and architectural history, reflected in numerous books and monographs, however, very little attention has been paid to the disclosure of the experience of repair and restoration work, which is so valuable for studying the monument. The relevance of the study lies in the scientific consideration of repair and restoration work on the subject of an approach to preserving the iconic object of palace architecture. The practical value of this study is aimed at replenishing the "restoration knowledge base" by highlighting the restoration activities carried out in 2020 in the premises of the Palace with six wings, which is part of the cultural heritage site of the federal heritage of the Yusupov Palace. These rooms include the private quarters of the princess: the Princess's Study (Small White Living Room), Dressing Room (Porcelain Boudoir), Bathroom, Persian (Eastern Boudoir). Based on the considered materials, an analysis of the state of the premises before restoration and the work performed was carried out. The approach to the preservation of the monument as a whole is outlined.

Abstract:
The Tambov province was formed and existed from 1779 to 1928. And naturally, it was a region of high concentration of landowners' estates. The subject of the study is historical manor estates that have the status of objects of cultural heritage and are located within the borders of the Tambov province. The purpose of this study is to reveal the architectural and planning features of the formation of country estate construction in the study area. The relevance of this topic is due to the preservation of the cultural and historical heritage of the region. This study was carried out by studying literary sources, historical maps and photographs, identifying the classification of landscapes and the cartographic display method. The work identified external factors influencing the formation and development of estate construction in the territory of the Tambov province. These include: the historical settlement of the territory, natural and climatic resources, the development of transport infrastructure and the uniqueness of the landscape. When analyzing the location of manor and park complexes within the landscape areas of the Tambov province, the types of their locations were identified. The systematization of estates according to functional and spatial zoning formed the main types of planning solutions in the study area. The results of the study made it possible to better understand the features of the estate development of the Tambov province and the ways of its organization, which can be useful for the development of tourism infrastructure and the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of the region.

The history of the development of the window design
// Architecture and design.

DOI: 10.7256/2585-7789.2022.2.40822 EDN: KPWYWO URL: https://en.nbpublish.com/library_read_article.php?id=40822
Abstract:
The subject of the study is the process of development of the architectural and functional element of the window design - the window profile. In the work, the time frame of the study was determined – the XVII-XXI centuries. The features of the applied window profile designs for the considered climatic zone – Siberia north of the 55th parallel of northern latitude are revealed. The materials of window frames are considered, the design features of window profiles in these periods are revealed. Historical documents, scientific articles in the public domain, photographs were studied. Full-scale surveys of urban development objects were carried out, which made it possible to trace the functional development of this element of translucent structures. The novelty of the research lies in obtaining a chronological overview of the window profile design during the specified periods in Siberia. The results of the study showed that in the period of the XVII-XXI centuries, window profiles were improved both structurally becoming stronger, lighter, more reliable due to the use of the manufacturing method, the study of modern and traditional construction materials, the introduction of requirements and standards for the design of window profiles, and functionally, changing the functional requirements for window profiles (frames). As a result, the search for forms, materials, and window designs led to a modern translucent system that meets the conditions of the Siberian climate.
