Manoylo, A.V. Rresults of the psychological war in the armed conflict in the Southern Oossetia.

Abstract: The article includes results of reconstruction of operations of information and psychological warfare of the US against Russia within the armed conflict between Geogria and Ossetia. The author studies goals and means, evaluates their efficiency. The author views the conflict in Southern Ossetia as an element of the strategic operation of the USA in the Northern Caucausus. The author also establishes the causes of failure of Russia in this information and psychological warfare.
