Abstract: The article is devoted to information as the measure of system certainty. The purpose of the article is to show that it is not important what semantic system information is recorded in. Thus, the Universal Principle of Maximum Information can be used in studies of substances of the both material and spiritual worlds and enrich the cognitive process aimed at survival (salvation).
This statement is proved based on the example of the conceptual analogy between fundamental culturology as the science of survival and theological soteriology.
The author of the article offers a new paradigm of the 'game culture' that provides the definition of 'survival' based on the energoinformational means. The author also proves that Andrey Flier's statement about the fundamentality of culturology is not quite correct both logically and methodologically. The author describes features of the fundamental and views different approaches to the problem of survival. From the point of view of the system science, when we talk about fundamental culturology as the science of survival, we mean scientific and philosophical fundamentality. Formation and development of the fundamental culturology as the science of survival directly relate to the process of health recovery. This process is provided by the means of culture and art and presents an alternative to traditional pharmaceutical treatment.
The author also describes the main provisions of theological soteriology. Theological soteriology is based on the Jesus Christ's Teaching about Salvation. The author shows that it is possible to describe this Teaching from the analytical point of view and provides the criterion of the Last Judgement during the Second Advent of Christ.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to introduce the author's writings in the spheres of philosophy, science and religion. Developing Sergey Bulgakov's idea about the tragedy of philosophy, the author uses methodological basis and functional tools of his theory of truine systems and information concept of borders and reveals the beneficial part of philosophy, i.e. its ontological starring role in spiritual, political and other fields. The author also shows the role of Russian philosophy in the system of global philosophy.
The author describes the three forms of understanding the world from the point of view of their relation with the Unified Theory of the World, Initial Cycles of Interaction with the World and functional role of philosophy. The author also describes the failure of Marxist-Leninist dialectics and their relation to Hegel's Triad (thesis-antithesis-synthesis). It is shown that by reforming Hegel's Triad it is possible to go from Hegel's dialectics to Vernadsky's trialectics.

Abstract: The present article is devoted to a wide range of questions related to the functions of culture and relation between them. The author shows that a famous opinion of cultural researchers that all functions of culture are social is not quite correct. All functions of the culture are divided into the two following groups: ordinary (everyday) functions including social ones and fundamental functions essential for human survival. Fundamental functions of culture show themselves through ethnical proceses (because ethnos is the bearer of culture). Their diversity depend on ethnical processes, too, depending on the hierarchy of ethics. The author also views the essence of life and essence of human as well as primary results (self-goals). Social functions of culture reflect secondary results. However, if we develop the secondary functions and forget about the fundamental functions of culture, we become like drug addictors. The author of the article also describes the increasing role of culture, elements of the communication process and the defining role of the information component of the triune systems. It is shown that informatization of the society is a cultural issue. The author also touches upon the fundamental principle of any science and distortion of informaton on its way from the source of information to the information user.

Abstract: As a free observer, the author of the article shares his own perception of the mass media, media discourse, media philosophy and other media phenomena and explains them from the point of view of systems science. The author provides translations and interpetations of basic terms in media philosophy and carries out a system analysis. The results of the analysis show that semantics of media philosophy is close to enthropic philosophy or 'funeral march in major'. The author anayzes the definition of the philosophical concept of 'transcenence' and demonstrates advantages of the Russian language in the course of this analysis. Living cell is presented as a fractal, a functional model and natural media preventing from the transformation of brave sense into damn eternity.

Abstract: Western rationalist philosophy has developed the principles 'dismember and study' in science and 'divide and rule' in politics. Differentiation of sciences has created original languages. As a result, scientists majoring in different spheres can talk about the same phenomena and do not understand each other. The problem of the loss of common language is quite clear for both philosophers and scientists which has resulted in the attempt to create 'cognitive philosophy' and 'cognitive science'.
The author of the present article provides evidence of the triune systems (TS) being the meta language of the picture of the world. The TS meta language can be used even to describe phenomena with different ontology and path of development. TS can help to read information recorded not only in the verbal but also in any other system. The matrix format of TS allows to reduce the volume of study books and reference books to a few pages only as well as to improve didactics and perception of study materials and reduce the duration of training.
The author offers different definitions of TS and describes their special features and properties.

Abstract: The author of the article views different approaches to the term 'civilization'. The author shows that civilizational researches that have been conducted by the French Annales school of historians over 80 years did not achieve muh in understanding the nature of civilization. Philosophical and cultural discussions and concepts establish that there is a certain connection between civilization and culture. However, incorrect social interpretation of the cultural source and misunderstanding of ethnogenesis as the cultural source have resulted in misbeliefs.
Only interpretation of civilization in terms of ethnogenesis as the cultural source allows to understand the energetic grounds of civilization and culture. Civilization is created at the stage of ethnogenesis intertion ('golden autumn') when the passionary energy of the ethnos (hyper ethnos) is mostly wasted and the hyper ethnos is coming to the inevitable destruction (obscuration).
Based on all what is being said above, the term 'civilization' should be used only when we talk about pre-historical hyper ethnoses (civilizations) while 'historical civilizations' should be identifiable to a specific stage of ethnogenesis.

Abstract: The present article is devoted to the philosophical research of the concept and definition of culture. The author of the article provides a retrospective view of cultural ontology reflected in researches carried out by V. Plotnikova and V. Chupov. He shows that these works correspond to V. Vernadsky's teaching about a living creature and culture is presented as a natural and historical manifestation of life. The author expands the objective space of the concept of culture and shows that generalizations and analogies in the Nature create grounds for the Universal Definition of culture. For the first time in history, the author describes the two forms of the Universal Definition of culture based on the Universal Principle of Maximum Information. The first form is just the framework that defines culture as a managing energoinformational system. The second one is the explicit form that defines the purpose and the main functioning mechanism.
The author also describes the principle for creating the system hierachy of existing definitios of culture. Noteworthy that the author suggests that 99 percent of these definitions are out-of-date.
