Abstract: The purpose of the study: to identify and study parental attitudes to the problem of home-based education of children with disabilities.
Research methods: questionnaire "Assessment of coping strategies in various fields" (E. Heim); "Questionnaire for parents whose children are home-schooled". The developed questionnaire includes 13 questions. The questions are aimed at identifying the difficulties and needs of parents in organizing home-based education.
The main method of the study was the content analysis of the respondents' free statements, which presupposes the completion of a number of sentences. Meaningful interpretation of the highlighted answers allows you to identify hidden semantic experiences, difficulties, as well as to outline optimal ways to solve problems. The study involved 60 parents with children with disabilities (school age) who are on home-based education.
According to the results of the content analysis of the parents' statements, 85 completed semantic units were identified, which, according to the psychological content, were combined into semantic categories reflecting the difficulties of parents in the home-based form of teaching a child with disabilities: "learning and upbringing difficulties", "psychological and pedagogical difficulties", "medical difficulties".
The results of the study showed that parents whose children are home-schooled can be differentiated depending on the duration of the child's education at home.

Abstract: This work is aimed at determination of peculiarities of life path perception by older people who have experienced gerontological abuse. One of the methods of studying personality lies in consideration of the uniqueness of a life path. Therefore, within the framework of this research the author examines the following indicators of event-meaningful structure of a life path: productivity of reproduction of life events; efficiency of reproduction of the events of various level of subjective significance; average time of retrospection and anticipation; frequency of occurrence of different types of life events.. For identification of the peculiarities of life path perception was used the method of “Psychological autobiography” of E. Y. Korzhova, questionnaire of P. V. Puchkov aimed at detection of gerontological abuse. The study involved 277 respondents: 204 persons who have experienced gerontological abuse, and 73 persons without such experience. The specificities of subjective picture of a life path among older people who have gone through gerontological abuse are defined by narrowness of meaningful experiences in reproducing images of the life path, weak differentiation of events, retrospection of events into the past, close mind with regards to building the future. Prevalence of the types of life events associated with personality and psychological changes and transformations of social environment, which psychological content suggests that emotional states, as the important indicator for satisfaction of needs, can become the regulators of behavior of older people who experienced gerontological abuse, unlike older people with no such experience, whose personality and psychological events are related with realization of particular goals.

Abstract: The goal of this research is to determine personal resources as potential predictors of the quality of life of elderly people. The article cites data of the survey conducted on 277 elderly people, aged from 55 to 85 (220 women and 57 men), who were divided into two groups: the first is cluster group are those dissatisfied with their physical wellbeing, experience more limitations in their physical activity execution of daily routine due to their overall health; second cluster group mostly expresses satisfaction with their physical and psychological functionality. As the diagnostic tool, this work employed the following: SF-36 questionnaire (J. Ware), “Differential Emotions Scale” (C. Izard), “Psychological Autobiography” (E. Y. Korzhova); assessment of the degree of openness/closedness to self and the world (natural, social, cultural), Assessment of Coping Strategies in Different Fields (E. Haim), “Value Orientations” M. Rokeach. It turned out that respondents from the second cluster group possess a more positive modality of temporal transspective and semantic saturation, accomplishment of the life path, system of coping strategies that allows distancing from hardships, keeping hope and assuredness in a positive outcome of any situation, openness towards themselves and the social world, value of health, happy family life, and productive life.

Abstract: The aim of the research to identify the relationship of indicators of openness / closeness of the psychological system with indicators of the quality of life in the elderly with the experience of gerontological violence. Special attention is paid to identifying the indicators of openness / closeness of the psychological system as a mediator factor in the quality of life in people with experience of gerontological violence. The authors assume that the experience of various types of gerontological violence may be associated with a deterioration in the quality of life of older people, where the indicator of openness / closeness of the psychological system can act as a mediating factor. The following diagnostic tools were used: a questionnaire aimed at studying the psychological content of experiencing gerontological violence; questionnaire degree of openness / closeness of the psychological system adapted for the research task; questionnaire quality of life SF-36. Research methodology: system approach in psychology, system anthropological psychology, trans-perspective analysis. The total number of respondents was 277 people aged 55 to 85 years. Based on the obtained empirical data, three types of persons with the experience of gerontological violence can be distinguished, where the nature and degree of openness of the psychological system is connected with the possibilities of coping with the experience of gerontological violence and the quality of life of the elderly. The obtained types of closedness / openness of the psychological system can be included in the targets of differentiated psychological prevention of gerontological violence and crisis psychological assistance of the elderly people.
