Abstract: Experiencing anxiety in an uncertain event becomes a way of reacting that makes changes in coping processes, primarily disrupting conscious regulatory activity. The article presents the results of the analysis of the influence of anxiety on the parameters of the style of conscious self-regulation in a pandemic situation. The study is based on the provisions of the theory of conscious self-regulation by O. A. Konopkin. The study involved psychological counseling clients who voluntarily seek help. Anxiety was studied by its types, the diagnosis of the style parameters of self–regulation was carried out using the technique "Style of self-regulation of behavior - SSP" by V. I. Morosanova. The effect of anxiety on self-regulation was determined by regression analysis. The results indicated the equivalent severity of the types of anxiety: personal, situational, subclinical. A significant result of the study was the fact of the anxiety of the subjects about the regression of psychotherapeutic skills in a situation of uncertainty. The analysis of the style parameters of self-regulation showed violations in the structure of activity planning, modeling conditions, building action programs and evaluating the results obtained. Regression models indicated differentiated determination by types of anxiety of regulatory blocks. These studies allow us to expand our understanding of the violated ways of responding to psychological counseling clients in stressful situations. The results can be used in the development of the psychotechnical component of the process of providing assistance to the subjects of a situation of uncertainty.

Abstract: This article presents the research results of correlation time orientation and parameters of conscious self-regulation among the subject of difficult life situation. The author analyzes the degree of determination of human regulatory activity by orientations towards the present, future, and past. The results of correlation and regression analyses, the differentiated role of time perspective in the processes of planning, modeling, programming, and evaluating the results of arbitrary activity in a difficult life situation is proven. The work focuses on the time perspective as a resource for coping with life difficulties. Analysis of the concept of time perspective is carried out in accordance with the doctrine of F. Zimbardo on time orientation. The main conclusion consists in the statement that focus on the past carries most significance in determining activity of the subjects. Orientation towards the future defines the conditions for regulatory activity, but does not substantiate the dynamics of goals. Focus on the present has most controversial influence upon regulatory activity in a difficult situation.

Abstract: The goal of this research is the examination of possibility for expanding the range of adaptive methods of regulation of activity in a difficult life situation by influencing the mental state. The understanding of regulatory activity leans on the thesaurus of subject-activity approach, which describes it as a measure of justification of actions on coping with life difficulties in compliance with the specificity of inner state of the subject of situation. Adaptation potential is viewed as a phenomenon relevant to the capacity of experience of the regulatory subject activity. Based on the material of participants of psychotherapeutic groups, the author conducts an analysis and comparison of mental states in an actual problematic situation and situation of successful coping with life difficulties. The research demonstrates the transformations in mental states after working with realization of separate qualities. Statistical proof is provided on the presence of link between the indicators of mental state images with the level of style of cognitive self-regulation of arbitrary activity. The author explains the dynamic of dependence of the parameters in question on the changes of capacity, structuredness and intensity of mental state images.

Abstract: The subject of the research is to validate the content of self-determination under the conditions of intense eventivity. In her article Martianova analyzes the concept of a 'subject in a tense situation' in terms of the anthropological approach. The author offers her definition of situation as a structural unit of eventivity that makes someone to be a subject of his or her own activity. The author proves the importance of conscious self-regulation style parameters for the process of adaptation to situational factors including planning, modelling, programming, monitoring and evaluation of results. By conducing the empirical research, the author has proved the idea of constructing an optimal self-regulation zone of situational activity when adjusting to tense events. The author proves the anthropological concept 'eventivity' in terms of the subjective activity approach that form the basis for explaining the nature of a subject's situational response. The author also interprets the term 'self-determination' through analyzing the content of regulatory activity which allows to define self-determination zones with reference to the optimal and non-optimal styles of conscious self-regulation. The author analyzes experimental data of subject's regulatory activity under different tense situations and demonstrates the relationship between parameters of self-regulation styles and adaptability to situations.

Abstract: The article discusses the theoretical construct of individual counseling from the perspective of the subject-regulatory methodology . The researcher views different aspects of counseling as a form of professional activity. Written in terms of the theory of self-regulation of any conscious activity the researcher differentiates the consultative process depending on the objectives, activities, results of the professional activity of the consultant and the client subject activity. Individual counseling is defined as an activity aimed at subjective activity of the client to optimize its potential. The researcher justifies the possibility of the subject-regulatory approach to explain the basic procedural and productive phenomena counseling. According to the researcher, the client is the subject of his own activity, the subject of self-realization, the subject of the changes occurring under the influence of the problem, and the subject of regulatory experience. The psychological problem is presented as a result of violations of individual style conscious self-regulation, for example, achievement of entity objectives in the difficult conditions of life. Its genesis is due to the prolonged complex process of establishing causal relationships in the subjective evaluation of the events and facts. The main mechanisms to provide advice is called re-structuring.

Abstract: The article reveals the specifics of the regulatory activity of an actor in difficult situations depending on the intensity of the features of mental state images. The objective of the empirical study was to analyze the formal parameters of mental state image and its relation to the overall regulatory activity. The author of the article has carried out the comparison of the power, structure and intensity of images appearing under various conditions. The author has also studied the differentiated role of the image parameters in an actual situation when reproducing positive experience of problem solution as well as conditions when difficulties are not overcome. The study is based on the provisions of the general methodological concept of conscious self-regulation of voluntary activity as described by V. Morosanova. The author describes the dynamics of subjective features when the level of adaptation to a difficult situation is low as well as the influence of changes in the state image on the overall level of self-regulation. The author proves that the state image has a differentiated influence on regulatory activity. The intensity of the state image determines the processes of situation management as well as the actor's activity in such a situation. These empirical data raises an urgent question regarding the possibility and the need for technical assistance to provide assistance to an individual experiencing a difficult life situation taking into account mechanisms of influence on power, intensity and structure of the image of mental state.

Abstract: Art therapy is one of the most famous methods of psychological assistance of children. However, in practical work art therapy is often applied without considering age specific reactions of child's mind. The authors of the present article demonstrate what healing mechanisms of art therapy make it efficient for senior preschoolers. Efficiency of art therapy is assessed compared to the efficiency of play therapy as the priority method for children from three to seven years old due to the fact that play is the leading activity of that age. Comparison of these two psychological approaches is conducted based on the analysis of their process and results. The results of the research prove art therapy to be a useful method of psychological assistance of a preschooler due to the fact that preschoolers have a low level of reflection and verbal activity. The author also discover that the symbolic meaning of art is asociated with the process of developing the sign-symbolic function of child's mind, first of all, through establishing the mechanism of modeling. The authors also prove that as a practical activity, art therapy satisfies all the main principles of psychological assistance of children. The main hypothesis about art therapy being an efficient method of psychological assistance of preschoolers is proved by the resuts of empirical researches.
