Sochnev D.V. Notion and essence of administrative counteraction to youth organizations of national and extremist characterAbstract: the bulk of extremists in Russia — is youth. Young people between the ages of 14 to 29 years old are acknowledged as youth. Their ration among the people who committed crime of extremist character is 2/3.
