Ryzhov, V.B. The system of general preferences of the EU towards the developing states of Asia and Latin America.Abstract: The article is devoted to the specifi c features of the application by the Eu of the “system of general preferences” towards the developing states of Asia and Latin America. The author showed in the historical perspective of the change of approaches of trade and development policy of the EU (the EEC) with these states. Having established the role of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the WTO in organization and development of the dialogue between the EU and its partners.
