Trunov, I. L. Legal Administrative Regulation of Road Traffic Safety When Using Special Light and Acoustic DevicesAbstract: The article is devoted to the problems of providing road traffic safety as well as the problems of using special lights on high officials’ cars. It is shown that such cars create certain risk for road traffic and often cause road traffic accidents. Based on the author, in order to prevent traffic accidents it is necessary to severe legal responsibility for using warning lights and similar devices on high officials’ vehicles.
