Tiknonova, S.N. Legal analysis of modern condition of international legal formation of the state border of the Russian Federation.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the current stage of international legal formation of the state border of the Russian Federation, including the analysis of the most problematic parts of it. Much attention is devoted to the international treaty practice, which is key to implementation of border policy of a state. The author gives positive evaluation to cooperation of the Russian Federation with the bordering states in order to improve international legal formation of state border.
