Abstract: The new normative act has formalized in legislation one more memorable date of Russia, the Day of Partisans and Undergrounders on June 29. There isn’t an official “rapparee” service in modern Russia so of course honoring partisans and undergrounders is a historical holiday in Russia. This is another moment of the history creating the dignity of the country and making us remember Russian heroes.
