Abstract: Human’s life and heath are the basic criteria for the society’s justice. It is not such an obvious value for the society as it may seem at first thought and it hasn’t been absolute at all times. The value of life and even more so the value of human’s health have a relative meaning in different situations and may drift down the value hierarchy.
