Abstract: The changing political situation in the country and changes in the institution of election, globalization and changes in the election culture of the people are just some among the number of matters, predefining the modern state of election sphere in the Russian Federation. Of course, these transformations presuppose changes in the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
