Nizovtsev, V.V. Political separation within the context of the legal transition.

Abstract: In the view of the author of this article, the legal transition in Russia faces the problem of political separation, which is rarely discussed, but, nonetheless, dangerous. The nature of the political separation in law is that the legal norms are used for the outside control over the political behavior, thus forming limits to political process and manipulating the political behavior.
