Burenko, V.I. Political class of the modern Russia within the framework of instrumental approach

Abstract: The object of study in this article is the political class in modern Russia. The goal is to analyze efficiency of functioning of the political class. The author used an instrumental approach for analysis. The result is basis for the use of instrumental approach to the term “political elite” and analysis of functioning of the modern political class of Russia from the standpoint of instrumental approach.
