Shaklein, V.V. Topical issues regarding the UN membership.Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues regarding the UN membership and the status of the UN observer. The author then expresses an idea on the possible provision of membership for the integration formations and other subjects of international law, who possess partial sovereignty. This idea is supported by the example of the EU membership in the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN. The author offers to amend the Chapter 2 of the UN Charter.
