Abstract: The article includes recommendations on the improvement of the bases for the legal regulation of electronic education of state and municipal staff. The article includes analysis of the process of integration of modern means of electronic education with the application of distance education technologies in the system of education, re-education, and advanced education of the state and municipal offi cers in the Russian Federation.
