Dubovik, O.L. Transfer of criminal responsibility to the earlier boundaries: comparative legal analysis based on the examples of German and Hungarian criminal law.

Abstract: The review characterizes the results of the joined study of the German and Hungarian specialists in the sphere of criminal law, which was devoted to the problem of application of criminal responsibility (in both theory and practice). The author also analyzes the limits to punishments regarding attempted crimes. The authors also pay attention to the situations of putting a person into danger, as well as the limits of criminal responsibility in cases of terrorism, computer crimes, etc.
