Petruchak, L.A. Legal socialization of students of law schools.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of legal socialization of the law school students, as well as to the value of legal education of future lawyers at the current stage of development of the society. Topicality of this study is supported by the newly adopted Bases of State Policy of the Russian Federation in the sphere of legal literacy and legal conscience of the citizens and by the transfer of professional legal education to the new Federal State Education Standards, which support the formation of the legal personality.
