Abstract: This article is devoted to novelties in the organization of activities of the justices of peace in Samara oblast. The author describes the new structure of the judicial districts, justices of peace, the order of their appointment. The author also provides ideas on improvement of existing legislation in order to make the activities of the justices of peace in Samara oblast.
