Abstract: The review article is devoted to the publication of Casian documents and Khan’s yarliks from the fund of the museum and national reserve “Ichan – Kalya” as well as from a number of private collections The documents published are the key financial source for the studies of Muslim jurisprudence, diplomacy, social, economic and legal terminology of the XVII – early XX century of Khiva’s Khanate.
