Abstract: In this article the author views the key issues, relating some important aspects of legal status of physical persons in the international private law. Much attention is paid to analysis of material legal norms, which regulate the status of physical persons in the international labor and education relations. The author analyzes various aspects of international labor and international education law, when applied to the status of physical persons.
