Istikhovskaya, M.D. Tendencies of development of federal legislation on organization of activities of the Parliaments of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the key provisions of the law “On Basic Principles of Organization of the Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of the State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation”. The author attempts to establish the problems of practice of establishing the legal status of legislative (representative) body of the subject of the Russian Federation. The author also formulates the ideas for the amendment of this Law within the system of legislation on organization and activities of the legislative bodies of the subject of the Federation.
