Akberov, Rukhid Rashid – ogly Western experience of evolution of the principle of separation of powers.

Abstract: Author of the article reviews the principle of separation of powers in constitutional law of foreign states. He points out the wrongfulness of interpretation, which includes its division into legislative, judicial and executive branches, analyzes the evolution of the principle of separation of powers. He considers that in the modern world this principle got substituted by the “political pluralism” principle.
