Rayevskaya, T.S. Definition and legal regulation of affiliated persons under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Abstract: As the author points out, while the term “affiliated pesons” is included into the anti-monopoly legislation, it is a part of dependence among the participants of the civil law turnover, which is the subject of study in this article. The author reviews the term of”affiliated persons” in relation to other similar terms, such as “interested persons”, “group of persons”, studies the divulging of information on affiliated persons.
