Abstract: This article by A.V. Uryvaev touches upon the place and role of the system of bodies of the Prosecution in Russia, and on control and reporting of the Prosecution in Russia. The author also regards the issues of the relevance of the Prosecution to any particular branch of government, and the place of the Prosecution in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
