Tregubova, E.V. Concept and nature of the institution of administrative prohibition in the Russian law.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the legal institution as a legal category in the administrative law. This article establishes the nature of the legal institution, its correlation with the institution of administrative law. The author also touches upon most socially valuable administrative and financial law institutions. Based on theoretical analysis of the category of legal institution, the author provides ideas for improvement of administrative legislation as a whole.
