Yarmonova, E.A. Encroachment on women’s rights: historical aspect.

Abstract: Analyzing the history of Russian law one should pay attention to the rights of women, who suffered from crime. The ancient Russian law provides for many cases of responsibility for harm to life, health, virtue, sexual and property-related immunity of women. Generally, at the ancient Russian period the responsibility for the crimes towards women depend on their social status.
