Abstract: The spread of the competencies of the constituent subjects of the Russian Federation led to changes in the legal system, where a significant role is provided to the regional normative legal acts. That is why land legislation of Moscow is so valuable. The legal regime of the land in the city of Moscow, which is the subject of study in this article, has a number of specific features, which, in turn, define the specific features of provision of land plots in the city.
