The problem of the dualism of law within the framework of correlation of the terms: “trade law”, “commercial law”, “entrepreneurial law”.Abstract: Currently the terms of “trade law”, “commercial law”, “entrepreneurial law” are mixed and mingled in legal scholars’ views and the academic curriculum alike. The authors of this article provide their own analysis of correlation of these terms, taking into account the division of law into public law and private law.
