Abstract: Corruption in the modern world, Russia included, has come to the extent unheard of before this time. The material, political and moral issues related to corruption in the Russian Federation have became so dangerous, that they may destabilize the statehood itself as well as its future development. Thus, the problem of fighting corruption went beyond the legal sphere and is now one of the key political problems.
