Abstract: This article by Professor S.G. Olkov is devoted to the problem of negative nonstandard behaviour in legal science, ethics and devianthology – the sciences, in which much attention is paid to development of standards of behaviour, deviations from moral and legal norms, means and forms of reaction to deviant behaviour of subjects.
