SPEECHES DEVOTED TO THE TOPIC OF “MANAGEMENT OF CRISIS SITUATIONS RELATED TO NATURAL AND MAN-CAUSED CATASTROPHES”

Abstract: Boris Mylnikov's speech is devoted to the problems of combating terrorism in the post-Soviet space and in the CIS countries, in the Russian Federation, the creation of legal mechanisms that allow all the forces and means of states to unite in order to suppress terrorist acts. They presented the Regulations developed by the Center on the procedure for organizing and conducting joint anti-terrorist activities in the territories of the CIS member states, the protocol on approval of which was signed on October 7, 2002 by the heads of 10 Commonwealth states (ratified by 9 states except Georgia), testing the practical application of this Provision during the exercises in Chisinau in 2004, a number of proposals were made.
