Speech of Jean-Louis Fiamenghi, the Head of the National Department of Special Operations RAID

Abstract: Jean-Louis Fiamanghi is the Head of the National Department of Special Operations (R.A.I.D.). Speach of the head of the French special forces is devoted to three issues: role of French special forces in fighting terrorism, management of units against hostage-taking and crisis management. In his speach he also gives and overview of structure and system of French special forces, technical support to other government bodies.
