Abstract: Jean-Louis Nadal is the General Public Prosecutor at the highest judicial body of France - the Court of Cassation of France, and he headed the largest prosecution bodies in France. His speech is devoted to the need for coordination of efforts of law-enforcement bodies and judicial bodies in crisis management. He pays much attention to the combinations of actions of various state bodies (for example, prosecutors and prefects) in crisis situations, importance of their cooperation. He also provides a number of examples from his own experience.
