Abstract: Current administrative reform in the Russian Federation involves virtually all subjects of the executive power, all spheres of state and social life, activities of various organizations. The main goal of this reform is announced as “improvement of the quality of life of the Russian citizens”. What measures are being taken and how effective are they?
