Ryzhov, V.B. Common market of the states of the Southern part of the Latin America (Mercosur) – international legal aspects.

Abstract: Integration was always a popular slogan among the Latin American states after they attained their independence. In V.B. Ryzhov’s article we can find analysis of historical and legal perspectives of integration, which led to foundation of the free trade and customs zone (Mercosur). The author studies Mercosur’s adiministrative structures, conflict resolution schemes and its relations with other integrated unions, such as the EC and the NAFTA.
