Review: legal guarantees are viewed as one of the most important elements of legal groundwork for deputies’ activity

and legal responsibility of deputies for exercising of their powers. According to the author, improvement of the system of legal guarantees will optimize deputies’ activity and help to realize their legal status better. This is why the most important goal now is to study the problems of guarantees
of deputy activity whereas activity performed by legislative (representative) bodies of state power directly depend on how well deputies perform.

Review: Being mentioned in environmental law, environment
protection measures and environmental management play an important role in information support of natural resource use and protection. Such a role is predetermined by the informative content of those measures, which is, in turn, is predetermined by the informative nature of law and management in general. The article is devoted to informative aspects
of environmental measures in connection with functions of environmental management. The author defined what the “informative function” of environmental
management was, evidently proved why it was necessary to distinguish that function in existing classifications
and described informative aspects of other management functions in environmental sphere. Such analysis can be applied to all kinds of environmental management.

Review: freedom of transit as a principle in international
law derives from the priority of free access to the sea in the countries which don’t have a direct access to it. Priority of free access to the sea and transient right have been the subject of different international conferences
and a few international agreements which now form the basis of the freedom of transit principle. The variety of international agreements shows that countries
are often involved in more than one agreement at a time. Consequently, there is a risk that ountries may fail to fulfill both regional and bilateral agreements
due to the fast growth of their number, overlap and multiple participation.

Review: the article considers certain questions related to the defects of a legislative machine enforcing requirements
on repatriation of currency earnings, from the point of view of the trading volume’s needs. The authors analyzed the most recent tendencies of applying the parts 4 and 5 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation in arbitration practice as well as the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation regarding this mater. The authors suggested certain measures which could help to apply sanctions for violation of requirements of repatriation of currency earnings better.
