Administrative and Municipal Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to addressing the most significant and current issues in the field of administrative and municipal law. The journal serves as a platform for scholarly discussion and critical analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of public administration and local governance.
The journal focuses on a wide range of topics, including the general theory of administrative and municipal law, the development of administrative and municipal legal science, and contemporary challenges in state and municipal management. It explores the forms and methods of administrative-legal and municipal regulation, the functioning of executive authorities and municipal service.
Particular attention is given to issues of administrative coercion, administrative and municipal liability, and mechanisms for resolving administrative and municipal disputes. The journal also examines the forms and methods of administrative and legal protection of individuals and legal entities, contributing to the advancement of effective governance and the rule of law at both the state and local levels.
