Abstract: The article investigates the specificity of literary realities with a national-cultural component of meaning in the context of a fiction text. Different approaches to the interpretation and classification of this linguistic phenomenon are analyzed, the peculiarities of the use and transfer of cultural realities into the target language are considered. The author analyzes how these cultural elements influence the perception and interpretation of texts, emphasizing their importance for understanding the context and meaning of works. The paper aims to broaden the understanding of the relationship between linguistic and cultural aspects, and to provide readers with a new perspective on the role of cultural realities in enriching language and fiction. The scientific novelty of this article lies in the systematic analysis of the influence of cultural factors on the formation of linguistic reality and its reflection in literary works. The study identifies the key linguistic mechanisms of transmission of cultural concepts, reveals the specifics of text perception in different cultural contexts. These findings provide a basis for further research in linguistics and literary studies, deepening our understanding of the interaction between culture, language and artistic creation. The results can be used to develop language and cultural studies teaching methods and to better analyze literary works in cultural contexts.

Abstract: This scientific article explores the current state of the winemaking market in Russia. Taking into account changing consumer preferences, economic factors and legislative norms, the authors analyze the current situation of the industry, its dynamics and development prospects. The article analyzes the wine industry. The dynamics of the growth of the viticulture industry, the importance of which lies in providing wine producers with wine materials, is considered. The structure and dynamics of sales of wine products are studied both in Russia as a whole and by region. The problem of import substitution in the Russian wine market is considered. The research is based on the analysis of statistical data and marketing research. The article examines the main market trends, including changes in consumer demand, competitive advantages of various segments and opportunities for the development of new production technologies. The presented analysis will help entrepreneurs, investors and regulators to better understand the current situation in the Russian wine market and make informed strategic decisions for the future. To study the current state of the wine market in Russia, a comprehensive methodological approach was used, including analysis of statistical data, marketing research, interviews with industry experts and analysis of the legislative framework. This approach made it possible to cover various aspects of market dynamics and identify key trends. The scientific novelty of this article lies in an updated analysis of the current state of the wine market in Russia, taking into account the latest trends and changes in the industry. The study includes up-to-date data on consumer preferences, economic factors and legislative impact on the wine market. Abstract: This article is devoted to the study of the problem of the transfer of genre-stylistic specificity in the translation of fantastic realities in science fiction. Using the example of the translation of J.R.R. Tolkien's trilogy "The Lord of the Rings", the author analyzes the methods and techniques of translation used to preserve the authenticity and magic of the original text. The article is based on a comprehensive analysis of translations of the work into different languages, taking into account the cultural and linguistic characteristics of each language. The author highlights key aspects, such as the translation of fantastic terms, names and concepts, as well as the transfer of the atmosphere and style of the book of J.R.R. Tolkien. The results of the study allow us to conclude about the importance of professionalism and cultural competence of the translator in the transmission of fantastic worlds, names of heroes, events, places where the events of a literary work develop, adaptation of the literary image for the Russian-speaking reader and provide practical recommendations for specialists or future specialists in the field of translation of literature and science fiction.
