Abstract: The authors touch upon the development and application of the electronic training manual “Struggle Pain Techniques” for the academic discipline “Physical Training” at the training sessions and in organizing independent work of students (cadets) at the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The object of research is the process of professional training of students. The subject of the research is the use of electronic manuals in the process of professional training of students. The authors pay special attention to the development and experience of the use of the electronic manual "Struggle Pain Techniques" for students in the specialties 40.05.01 Legal support of national security and 40.05.02 Law enforcement. Empirical research methods such as comparison and questioning have formed the methodological basis of the research conducted by the authors. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the article describes how the non-standard integration of teaching-methodical materials presented in the form of a specialized program “focused” on the “Physical training” academic discipline that combines : implementation of painful methods of dealing with their detailed review in the form of action algorithms, graphic images, multimedia; list of Internet resources; "Manual on the organization of physical training in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation." The main conclusion of the research conducted by the authors is that the use of electronic manuals in classrooms and in organizing independent work of cadets contributes not only to improving the quality of cadets mastering the academic discipline as a whole but also actively stimulates their cognitive activity and personal motivation in studying the academic discipline for acquiring professional competence.

Abstract: In his research Gizatullin touches upon implementation of electronic manuals in teaching Legal Informatics, both in class and for independent research of university students. The object of the research is the process of vocational training of students. The subject of the research is the use of electronic manuals in the process of vocational training. The author of the article examines a set of requirements recommended for the use of electronic manuals at a University. He pays special attention to the development and use of electronic manuals in teaching Legal Informatics to Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The methodological basis of the research implies empirical research methods such as comparison, questionnaire survey, and expert evaluation. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author of the article demonstrates how a law institute performs the integration of academic materials that combine theoretical materials, practical exercises, list of Internet resources and online tests to evaluate the students success. The main conclusion of the research is that the use of electronic manuals both in class and student's independent research does not only raise the quality of teaching Legal Informatics to law students but also actively stimulates their cognitive activity and personal motivation to acquire professional competence.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the adaptation of the interactive software interface 'Protocol on an Administrative Offense' by Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the educational process to develop University students' ability to prepare and duly compile legal documents and official records as well as to fully and correctly demonstrate results of their professional activity in procedural and official documents. This, in its turn, will raise efficiency and prominence of the educational process in terms of students studying administrative law and administrative activity disciplines. The methodological basis of the research implies general research methods, in particular, analysis, synthesis and modeling. The main conclusion of the research is that the author emphasizes the need to use the interactive software interface 'Protocol on an Administrative Offense' when preparing university (in-class) lectures and organising self-learning activities of students at the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and other higher education universities and institutions of the Federal Ministries and subordinate agencies. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that there are no more electronic studying guides like the interactive software interface 'Protocol on an Administrative Offense' in the educational process.
