Abstract: The purpose of the article is to determine the semantic structure and features of the functioning of the means of expressing the proper multiple meaning as one of the subtypes of iterative repetition in the Yakut language. The object of the study is the semantics of an accurate or inaccurate quantitative account of situations. The subject of study is the so-called circumstances of multiplicity or counting complex. Based on the material of the Yakut language, the author, following I. B. Dolinina, adheres to the proposed terminology and suggests considering such cases of repeatability as an independent particular meaning of the iterative type of multiplicity. The main attention in identifying the semantic varieties of this meaning is paid to the use of such quantification features as certainty/uncertainty of the amount of repeatability and its limitation/unlimited. Depending on the correlation of these signs and the intensity of their manifestation, a list of representatives for each of them is determined. The main research method is functional–semantic, which uses the approach "from semantics to its formal expression" when describing linguistic material. Textual examples in the Yakut language are given using the method of morphemic glossing. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the systematization of the means of expression and the allocation of varieties of the actual multiple meaning, which had not previously become the subject of special research in Yakut linguistics. During the analysis of the functioning of adverbs with the semantics of multiplicity or counting, the methods of formation of representatives characteristic of each of the three subtypes of the actual multiple meaning (affixal, by reduplication and combination with the countable element "togul") were established. As an additional conclusion, we can cite the revealed dependence of the definition of the value in question on the temporal form of the predicate (statements with circumstances of multiplicity with a predicate in the form of the present-future and imperfect acquire habitual semantics). The theoretical significance of the results of this study is determined by the contribution to the study of the functional and semantic category of the aspectuality of the Yakut language, and may also be of interest for comparative and typological work in this field. Their practical significance is related to the possibility of their application in lexicographic and translation practice.

Abstract: The object of research in this article is the reduplicated forms of Yakut figurative words and verbs, and the subject is the functional features of the manifestation in their semantics of various shades of multiplicity and repeatability. Based on the material of the famous novel by the Yakut classic writer N.E. Mordinov – Amma Achchygya "Springtime" (1944), cases of the use of such vocabulary in a literary text are considered. The structure of the article is made in such a way that the analysis of doubled figurative and onomatopoeic verbs is carried out separately; this is quite consistent with the differentiation of these two categories of words accepted in the Yakut linguistic tradition. Special attention is paid to examples of reduplication in analytical constructions formed by combining figurative (onomatopoeic) words with service verbs, and affixal action forms with the meaning of multiplicity. The application of a functional-semantic approach based mainly on the principle of "from to meaning", "from means to functions" allowed us to determine the list of multiplicity values expressed by doubled figurative and onomatopoeic verbs. The practical material was extracted by continuous sampling and presented in the text using the method of morphemic glossing. The novelty of this study lies in the consideration of doubled figurative and onomatopoeic words as one of the main representatives of the functional-semantic field of multiplicity. It has been established that these verbs, when used in a reduplicated form, have similar structural and semantic characteristics. If singleness is expressed by analytical formations of the type "onomatopoeic (figurative) root + gin- 'make' (also dee- 'speak' with onomatopoeic)", then the reduplication of the components of this construction conveys the meaning of multiplicity. In contrast to analytical tools, the semantics of repetition in affixal action forms of figurative and onomatopoeic verbs becomes more frequent and intense during reduplication. The analysis of the text showed that, depending on the object of description, these tools can perform either an artistic and descriptive function or convey an emotional assessment.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the manifestation of the limit feature in the lexico-semantic group of movement verbs in the Yakut language. The author pays special attention to the classification of subgroups of verbs with the semantics of oriented, vertical movement and the meaning of overcoming obstacles. The lexicographic source in the article is the material of the Big Explanatory Dictionary of the Yakut Language. The polysemism of many verbs of the Yakut language movement implies using not the verbal lexeme itself, but its lexico-semantic version (LSV) as the unit of analysis. The use of the functional-semantic approach allowed to determine the place occupied by the limiting / unsaturated verbal vocabulary in the three-level structure of the expression plan of the category of limitingness of the language in question. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time in Yakut linguistics a distinction is made between verbal lexemes on the basis of lexico-semantic groups: previously, researchers focused only on the study of such a feature as transitivity / intransigence of action. During the analysis, it was established that the polysemousness of most Yakut verbs allows their lexico-semantic variants to participate in the expression of several typical situations. The classification of limiting verbs of movement in the Yakut language shows that, depending on the type of movement, the degree of manifestation of the limit in the semantics of the verbal lexeme also differs.
