Abstract: This article explores the possibilities of using blockchain technology in police work. Examples of the use of blockchain in various areas of police activity, such as personal data management, control of drug trafficking and other prohibited substances, traffic monitoring and the fight against cybercrime, are considered. The authors note that thanks to the storage of data in the blockchain, it becomes possible to increase the protection of the confidentiality of personal information, ensure transparency and efficiency of police work, as well as prevent fraud and corruption. The conclusion of the article emphasizes that the use of blockchain can improve the work of the police and ensure greater security of citizens. Distributed ledger technology, or blockchain as a service (BaaS) is indeed a relatively new product on the market that allows you to provide blockchain services for corporate clients. This solution allows you to use more reliable and secure methods of data processing and transaction management within the organization.
All these economic effects can lead to a reduction in costs and an increase in the efficiency of the police.
In general, the use of blockchain technology in the police can have a number of advantages, such as increasing transparency and accountability, reducing data processing time and combating data falsification. However, it is necessary to take into account some risks, such as the possibility of data privacy violations, as well as difficulties in integrating with existing systems and training personnel. In general, the introduction of blockchain technology into the police requires careful analysis and an approach that takes into account all aspects of the use of technology and its impact on the organization.

Abstract: The article deals with the use of special equipment in the activities of district police commissioners and their regulatory and legal regulation. The problem of equipping the Department of Internal Affairs with special equipment in the context of these issues of the activities of district police commissioners is actualized. A variant of the methodological solution for the organization of the educational process in the discipline "Special equipment of the Department of Internal Affairs" is proposed, aimed at increasing the level of development of competencies by district police commissioners implemented using a distance learning system.
This work is aimed at investigating the use of special equipment by district police officers in the course of their duties in the position they are filling.
Improving the efficiency of the use of special equipment by district police officers in various situations of service.The scientific novelty of the work consists in the formation, testing and quantification of an effective methodology for developing practical skills in the possession of special ATS equipment by employees undergoing initial professional training in the official category of district police commissioner.
In order to increase the variability of the content content of the educational program and the adaptability of the course of special ATS equipment to the actual equipment of the units, it is necessary to use electronic simulators more effectively during the educational process.
As part of the briefing of the personnel of the UUP when entering the service for the protection of public order, pay attention to the use of existing samples of special equipment as a separate issue.

Abstract: The article studies the problems of formation and development of universal expertise of would-be district police officers. The authors consider the modern interpretation of the term “expertise approach” and the ways of its implementation. The authors describe the stages of using a system-activity approach in the organization of the educational process at Barnaul Law Institute. The methods of formation of the professional education of high quality include its structural and institutional reformation, the development of integration models of all levels of education in accordance with the modern requirements. The research contains the analysis of the diagnostics of psychological peculiarities of students and the universal expertise of graduates of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors define organizational and technical requirements to the information and educational environment appropriate for using the system-activity approach. The authors focus on the analysis of the structure and the contents of universal expertise in the field of law-enforcement activity during district police officers training. Universal expertise formed in the process of education helps the graduates to solve difficult tasks and settle conflicts in their professional activity. Instruments defining the level of the universal expertise of students will help to evaluate the results of education at each stage and form the comprehensive understanding of the results by the participants of the educational process. The authors arrive at the conclusion that the formed universal expertise shows the preparedness of district police officers to effective service which is defined by the developed skills, personal traits, theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of law-enforcement activity.

Abstract: The article studies the issues of electronic learning systems developing, introducing and using in the educational process of a higher education institution. The authors consider the Legal Statistics subject to study their objectives, composition, work organization and usage experience. At present, in the context of the growing importance and usage of computers in many spheres of activity of the modern society, there’s a need for professionals adept at self-studying and self-development. These new abilities should be ingrained in all students. Under these circumstances, one of the priorities of education is the effective use of educational technologies including interactive electronic educational resources. An effective educational method is online teamwork. It can be organized with the help of Wiki pages. Active elements are used to encourage students to interact with each other and with an instructor. The use of electronic educational environment to study legal statistics in Barnaul juridical institute helps solve the tasks of self-education and self-improvement of the tobe professionals. It is an effective way of implementing educational programmes in an educational institution.

Abstract: It is possible to apply the global Internet network, institutional information-telecommunication system, and local internal network in the teaching process at educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors of the present article describe varios ways to implement network technologies in distance learning, touch upon legal regulations and standards related to the development of law enfocement agencies' media landscape and give adresses of distance learning websites in the intergrated multi-service telecommunication systems. Branched information networks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs allow to fully use the most recent achievements of information-communication technologies not only within education establishments but also between them as well as in practical activity of local offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Today one of the most profesionally important skills of a specialist is to be able to apply methods, technologies and means of data processing. As a result of constant changes in information arrays a police officer deals with, it is necessary to constantly improve skills and knowledge. Implementation of distance information technologies provide police officers with additional opportunities for self-improvement and raising a proficiency level, and access to data developed and systematized by teachers which of course save up time necesary to develop specialist's competences.
