Abstract: The subject of research is the precarious work, which is low pay, insecurity, lack of protection (the worker becomes vulnerable to social risks such as unemployment and poverty), with connectivity defined by the suffering of workers. The object of the study is economically active population in Altai region at the age from 15 to 72 years in the context of assessing employment. The study aimed at finding answers to questions related to informal employment at the regional labour market: the determinants of prekarisierung employment, what jobs have the characteristics of pretaroli and what are the trends precarization component of the labor market of the Altai territory, in statistical measurements. The official statistical monitoring of the Russian precarious work is still not received. Although in fairness I should say that Rosstat monitors some indicators one way or another characterize the trend of precarious work, the analysis of which allows to argue about the status and trends prekarisierung employment in the labour markets of Russia and regions. Therefore, in search of answers to the above issues, the author proposes in identifying prekarisierung employment to consider the quality of jobs on the presence in them of signs of pretaroli evaluated through the prism of the criteria in the system of dichotomies "stability / instability" and "security / insecurity".The estimates of precarization in the labor market of the Altai region, the data sources for which was the results of dynamic statistical observations conducted by state statistical bodies, indicated a negative trajectory of change in the quality of jobs in the region and signs of precarization. The main contribution of the author in the development of the theme should be considered as an approach to the identification of precarious work in the structure of the labor market by assessing the quality of workers for the presence of signs of precarization, and the designation of the trajectory of change of job quality in the direction of precarization. In the formulation of generally accepted methodological approach to the identification of precarization in the structure of the regional labor market, unstable employment would have to obtain a quantitative assessment that would allow relevant authorities to develop measures on regulation of the investigated type of employment from the standpoint of obtaining maximum effects for both the employee and the employer.

Abstract: The relevance of this topic of research is substantiated by the need for realization of targeted state socioeconomic policies, among which is creation and modernization of high-tech jobs. The subject of this research is the economic relations pertaining to creation of high-tech jobs in a specific area. The hypothesis is the thesis that in the regions with large portion of the population living in the rural area, the number of high-tech jobs cannot be high. The research is based on the results of the analysis of the open data from the Russian Federal State Statistics Service on the number of high-tech jobs. The novelty of this research is confirmed by the author’s view of the research, analysis and assessment of the composition and structure, number and quality of high-tech jobs, as well as factors that impact them. Author’s contribution into this topic consists in establishing the fact that settlement of population in urban and rural territories is not the determining factor for creation and modernization of high-tech jobs, at least not within the framework of the methodology applied by the Russian Federal State Statistics Service.

Abstract:
According to various estimates, the enclave of precarity on the Russian labor market is 15 to 30% of the economically active population. Therefore, the phenomenon of precarious employment, of course, is a scientific interest and is the subject of this study.
The present work contains answers to two questions related to informal employment at the regional labor market. First – the determinants of precarious employment. Second – what kind of jobs in organizations and enterprises of the Altai Krai have the characteristics of precariat.
The article presents the author's approach to the identification precarious employment on the basis of the identification signs of precarious jobs, and also gives the statistical evaluation to precarious component of the labor market of the Altai Krai.
The author substantiates the position that as the precariat should be considered employed in the economy, jobs which have signs of precarity, diagnosed using the criteria of the "stability / instability" and "security / insecurity". The author’s contribution into the research of this topic consists in the attempt to quantify the extent of precarity component of the regional labor market on the basis of available statistical measure.

Abstract: This article is a scientific review. The subject of this research is human sustainability in the organizational environment. It is shown that this concept is gaining popularity both in foreign and domestic science. The author investigates the comprehensive understanding of this subject, and based on the integration of different approaches offers a definition of "human sustainability in the organizational environment". The paper presents the arguments in favor of the connection between the study of human sustainability in an organizational environment and other academic concepts of sustainability, such as professional sustainability, business sustainability, corporate social responsibility, concept of business efficiency, and positions them in relative to each other. A separate section is devoted to review of the state of research in related scientific areas of research (the study of the quality of life, the study of stress factors in the workplace, the study of social pollution). As a result of the scientific research can be author's definition of the modern "scientific space" of study of human sustainability in the organizational environment by finding the location of the various research areas and concepts in the elements of the semantic chain "phenomenon – factors – conditions – consequences – results", which allows expanding the scientific idea about the studied phenomenon.
