Abstract: The continuous development of automated control systems for industrial facilities leads to the emergence of more advanced and complex control algorithms. A natural consequence of the development of control systems (CS) is the use of more complex technical means: sensors, controllers, SCADA and MES systems. Ultimately, the saturation of systems with additional software and hardware leads to a decrease in manageability in general, since software needs to be updated, equipment often fails, needs replacement, etc. Thus, approaches aimed at creating separate, autonomously functioning subsystems are becoming a thing of the past. An integrated, multi-level joint management of the entire infrastructure of the process control system is needed, from the technological facility to the technical infrastructure, which is closely tied to the facility. The article discusses the issues of constructing top-level control subsystems for the process control system, when it is necessary to control directly the software and hardware as part of the process control system. As research methods, simulation and computer modeling was used, which made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches and management methods. Also, the research results were verified through the pilot implementation of an automated incident management system based on the proposed approaches in the process of managing a complex technologically object.
The novelty of the research lies in the proposed approach to incident management in automated process control systems, which makes it possible to improve the quality of management, reduce management costs, and predict (in some cases) the occurrence of new incidents and take measures to prevent them. Studies have shown the feasibility of using the proposed approach to control complex non-stationary automation systems.

Abstract: Managing complex non-stationary systems is a non-trivial task. One of the conditions for effective control is the need to change and adjust the control algorithms under the changing operating conditions of automated systems. The article deals with the construction of control devices based on models of graph theory. As an object of research, approaches and methods of managing complex non-stationary systems are used. An approach based on the domain classification of the factors affecting the control object is considered. Management is considered with significant changes in environmental factors. As simulation methods, simulation and computer modeling were used, which allowed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches and management methods. Also, methods of system analysis and modern algorithms on graphs were applied. The presented approach allows to take into account the changing behavior of the non-stationary control object when it is known that certain parameters and factors of the environment can influence this control. The mechanism of the finite state machine allows automatic switching of control algorithms depending on the situation. Studies have shown the expediency of using the proposed approach for the management of complex non-stationary automation systems.

Abstract: The subject of the study are life cycle models and approaches to software development in the face of significant time and financial constraints. A software development workflow is considered using a flexible methodology and an iterative life-cycle model. The objects of research are modern approaches to the development of software and increasing the efficiency of labor through the proposed incentive mechanisms, based on customer requirements. The authors also pay attention to the organization of labor in software development. We used the methods of system analysis, approaches to collective decision-making under uncertainty, including survey methods and expert assessments. The authors propose an incentive mechanism for software developers working in an iterative model of an incomplete life cycle. An important result of the study is the conclusion about the effectiveness of the incentive approach, based on the implemented functionality in the current iteration of the development. The presented approach allows an objective assessment of the contribution of each developer to the solution of individual project tasks.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the creation of rating systems based on the principle of the open (agreed) management . The authors of the article examine the architecture of the system variable focused on the use of agile software development in which the major subsystems interact with one another through interfaces . The basic idea is to use a two-stage metrics approval procedures and activity objects in each period of the system. On the one hand, this approach allows to refine and specify the metrics used in the new period of planning based on previous experience. On the other hand, the control path obtains the inverse relationship with direct actors who place orders for the center taking into account their needs, wishes and preferences. The authors analyze elements of the theory of the organizational system management, typical organizational structures, priniple of the open (agreed) management and its specification regarding the issues of constructing conmmercial-size rating systems. The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the authors make a thesis about the need to use a two-stage procedure for both coordinating metrics in the reporting period and activity objects in rating systems. The results of the research can be used to create quality systems of supporing the managerial decision making process within the framework of manfucturing, socio-economic activity oriented at achieving established goals and competitive success.
