Abstract: The subject of this work is the formation and development of a professional worldview among cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the learning process. The object of the study is the educational process at the university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, taking into account the historically developed features characteristic of educational organizations of this type. The author examines in detail such aspects as the peculiarities of training and education of cadets in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; a set of measures implemented in order to form and further develop a positive professional worldview, as well as the distinctive features associated with this process. In preparing this article, methods of theoretical and empirical research were used, philosophical and general scientific approaches were applied; professional and pedagogical literature was studied, generalized and analyzed, as well as best practices. The most important and difficult tasks that arise in the law enforcement sphere can be successfully solved only by those with a positive worldview, legally educated, patriotic employees of the internal affairs bodies. Education at the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia should form a positive professional outlook, values and beliefs among cadets that meet the needs of Russian society and correspond to its main tasks. Currently, this is very relevant, especially for educational organizations of law enforcement agencies. In the current conditions, activities aimed at the formation, preservation, strengthening and development of traditional spiritual and moral values are extremely significant. It involves the education and assimilation by future specialists of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation of a sense of pride in the opportunity to serve the Fatherland, responsibility for the fulfillment of professional duty and patriotism. The scientific novelty of the work is the conceptual model presented by the author of the formation of the professional worldview of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as its phased implementation in the educational environment of a departmental university.

Abstract: The subject of the present research is professional interpersonal conflicts arising in the process of teaching bachelors of education. The object of the research is the students of a teachers' training university teaching bachelors. The author of the article examines such aspects of the topic as the essence of professional interpersonal conflicts, and concepts of conflict solutions that may be used in the process of teaching students at a teachers' training univedrsity. The author analyzes theoretical bases and concepts of the resolution of professional and personal conflicts in the process of preparation of bachelors of education. In conclusion, the author offers to include theoretical and methodological components of professional interpersonal conflict management into curricula of bachelors of education. In his research Pechersky used the main theoretical methods of pedagogical research, in particular, theoretical analysis, inductive analysis and deductive analysis. The author's contribution to the topic is his analysis of theoretical and methodological components of the process of teaching bachelor students to resolve professional interpersonal conflicts. The conclusion is that the resolution of personal and professional conflict in the process of preparation of bachelors of education is of crucial importance, which determines one's flexible response to conflict situations. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author suggests to include theoretical and methodological components of professional interpersonal conflict management in the system of training of bachelors of education.

Abstract: The subject of the present research article is the destructive intrapersonal conflict that affects the personality development. The object of the research is the students of a teachers' training institute. The author of the article examines such aspects of the topic as the essence of the intrapersonal conflict and its interpretation by foreign and Russian scientists. The author also analyzes the process of experiencing a destructive intrapersonal conflict by students. Based on analysed researches, the author offers his own model for defining the influence of a destructive intrapersonal conflict on students studying pedagogics. At the end of the article the author makes a conclusion about factors demonstrated by pedagogical students when there is a destructive intrapersonal conflict as well as what causes this process. In the course of his research the author has used the basic methods of pedagogical research, in particular, axiomatic and hypothetico-deductive method, inductive method, simulation and interpretative descriptive methods. The author makes his final conclusions in the form of a functional block which demonstrates the structure and methods of teaching activities aimed at defining the influence of a destructive intrapersonal conflict on students' personality development. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author defines particular functions and means that can be used by teachres to define a destructive intrapersonal conflict which, in its turn, may affect the process of personality development of a would-be teacher.

Abstract: The subject of the present research article is constructive intrapersonal conflicts that have an influence on the personality development. The object of the research is university students. The author of the article examines such aspects of the topic as the essence of intrapersonal conflict and its intrapretation by foreign and Russian scientists. Pechersky also analyzes how constructive intrapersonal conflicts appear and get solved by students. Based on the analysis of sources, the author offers his own model of defining the influence of intrapersonal conflicts on students (future teachers). In conclusion the author makes a conclusion about particular factors demonstrated by students of teachers' training universities in case of intrapersonal conflicts as well as what causes this process. In the course of the research the author has used the main theoretical methods of psychological and pedagogical research, in particular, axiomatical and hypotethetico-deductive method, inducative approach, modelling and intrapretative-descriptive methods. The main conclusions of the research are formulated by the author in a functional model that demonstrates the structure, contents and methods of teaching activities aimed at defining the influence of constructive intrapersonal conflicts on students' personality development at a teachers' training university. The scientific novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author defines particular functions and methosd of teachers' influence in order to determine the impact constructive intrapersonal conflicts on the development of personal qualities of a future teacher.
