Abstract: The research is devoted to the study and description of the features of the severity of universal skills for successful career building and their relationship with the personal qualities of students of psychological and pedagogical areas of study at the university. The study involved 107 students of psychological and pedagogical areas of training at the university. Research methods: the author's questionnaire for assessing the frequency of manifestation in the behavior of ten universal skills for successful career building and psychological testing of students' personal qualities. Statistical processing was carried out using descriptive statistics, two-stage cluster, correlation and multivariate analyzes of variance using the SPSS Statistics 26.00 software package. As a result of the study, it was found that the skills of managing emotions and stress, flexibility, adaptability, self-presentation and conflict management are expressed at an average level among students of psychological and pedagogical areas of study at the university. Statistically significant differences in the severity of self-presentation skills, problem solving and conflict management among students of different courses were established. The greater severity of the skills of managing emotions and stress, self-presentation, leadership and problem solving in psychology students was determined.
The development of individual psychological universal skills among students of psychological and pedagogical areas of study at a university is more associated with the development of emotional stability and self-control, the use of optimal coping strategies, and socio-psychological skills - with the development of extroversion, communication and leadership abilities, emotional stability and self-control.

Abstract: The research has been supported by the grant of the President of the Russian Federation given to young Russian scientists and PhDs. The aim of the article is to analyze regulatory processes as a personality marker of psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions. The authors state that analysis of personality markers of psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions will allow to create efficient recommendations for psychological support of professionals. The theoretical model of psychological security developed by the authors includes five basic components: functional states at the psychophysiological and psychological levels; the image of the object, the image of the subejct, the image of the subject-subject and subject-object relations viewed from the point of view of the psychic structure of regulation. The research involved 70 specialists of gas and oil companies who go on shift work in Arctic Regions. The research methods used by the authors include analysis of documentation, observation over working process, questionnaire survey, psychophysiological and psychological tests, statistic methods of data analysis. To diagnose regulatory processes, the authors have used The Behavior Regulation Style Inventory offered by V. Morosanova. The results of the research demonstrate that in order to ensure psychological safety, gas and oil workers should have a moderately high level of planning and modelling skills and reduced level of independency as regulatory processes. The development of these regulatory processes will increase psychological safety of gas and oil workers under the conditions of shift work in Arctic Regions.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the insight of the factors that determine commission of crime among the first and second time juvenile offenders, who are currently at the stage of pre-trial support. The object of the research is the pre-trial support of the minors, who violated the law in the Arkhangelsk Region. The article thoroughly examines the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components of the ideas about the factors defining the commission of crimes among first and second time juvenile offenders. The study was conducted during the period of October of 2014 until April of 2015. The experimental selection was consisted the 60 minors who committed crime, and with regards to whom the procedure of pre-trial social accompaniment is being implemented. The statistical processing was carried out with the help of the package of programs “SPSS Statistica 20”. In the conclusion, the authors claim that the teenagers who commit crimes for the first time are driven by the following causes: aggressive behavior of the victims, susceptibility to suggestions, influence of the third parties, and individual interest. The perception of the first time offenders are characterized by the lack of understanding of the importance, admitting the guilt, they are also emotional regarding the committed crime, and reflect the low capability of showing initiative and independence in commission of a criminal act. The scientific novelty consists in determination of the differences in perception among the teenagers who committed crime for the first time, and those who have done it repeatedly, as well as correlation between the understanding of the committed crimes by the minors and measures of re-socialization applied to them.

Abstract: The study sponsored by the Russian President's grant for state support of young Russian scientists - PhD (MK-7500.2016.6). The article is devoted to the justification of a model of psychological safety of oil and gas shift workers in the Arctic. Industrial safety in the first place depends on the employee, not only on his attitude to the observance of health and safety requirements but also on one's personal traits, his subjective experience and effectiveness of his psychological self-regulation. Thus, the analysis of the employee safe behavior should involve not only industrial and working conditions but also characteristics of one's psychological safety as a potential opportunity to avoid production errors. The study conducted on the oil and gas industry with a shift labour organization in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (shift duration is 30 days). The study involved 70 people aged from 24 to 60 years (the average age is 38.7 ± 1.3). Research methods included: analysis of documentation, monitoring the work process, questionnaires, psycho-physiological and psychological testing, and statistical methods of data analysis. The study has clarified the concept of psychological safety as a mental state of control over a range of external and internal factors of the ergatic system triggering internal personality means to be professionally efficient at the psychophysiological and psychological levels. The authors introduce and empirically support the model of psychological safety that is comprised of the following components: psychophysiological level of the functional status (reduced / optimal); psychological level of the functional state (emergency / economical); the image of an labour object (low undifferentiated risk assessment / highly differentiated risk assessment); the image of a labour subject (highly undifferentiated / moderately differentiated self-assessment); the image of the subject-object and subject-subject relations (neutral / negative / positive).

Abstract: The subject of the study is the factors that determine the commission of a crime, minors held in pre-trial support. The object of study is pre accompany minors in conflict with the law in the Arkhangelsk region. The article discusses in detail the cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of the factors that define the crimes. The study was carried out from October 2014 on the April 2015 Experimental sample totaled 60 minors who have committed an offense for which pre-trial procedure is implemented social support. Methods: theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on this problem; content analysis of information on pre-trial diaries accompany minors in conflict with the law; statistical methods (descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, X2 test, analysis of contingency tables). Statistical analysis was performed using the software package «SPSS Statistica 20". The main conclusions of the study are the representations of teenagers are characterized by distortions, incompleteness, lack of awareness of the existence of a negative attitude towards the offense, as well as the manifestation of initiative and independence in the organization and in the commission of an unlawful act. The novelty of the study is to determine the differences in the representation of teenagers who committed the offense for the first time and those who are characterized by a return to crime, as well as representations in determining the relationship of the crime committed by minors and resocialization measures that apply to these teens. The study was funded by RHF and the Government of the Arkhangelsk region, "Russian North: Past, Present and Prospects" in the framework of the research project number 15 - 13 - 29001 "Pre-trial support for minors in conflict with the law: the generalization of experience and development prospects in the Arkhangelsk region."

Abstract: The relevance of this study due to the lack of data in the scientific literature describing the presentation of graduates of economic profile about professional competencies needed to perform their future careers. Article is devoted to subjective importance of professional competencies for future economic activity of the graduates of financial and economic profile. The object of study is a professional activity and professional competence of economists. Scope of the work: the subjective assessment of professional competence of economists. The article provides a comparative psychological analysis of four economic profile professions: economist, auditor, accountant, banker. There are analyzed 160 graduates of the financial and credit department at the age of 23 to 43 years inclusive (mean age - 23,03 ± 0,6), with experience from 0 to 12 years (2,4 ± 0,2), 10 men, 150 women. According to the subjective assessment of communicative competence and Gnostic considered by respondents as the most important; the least represented a creative block. It is determined that graduates with experience in economic activity, have a more realistic view on the future of the economist, because the presence of entrepreneurial and organizational skills are the hallmark of the profession and the accounting profession.
